Sports-Specific Massage is designed for athletes but benefits anyone dealing with chronic pain, injuries, or limited range of motion. It enhances performance, supports injury prevention and recovery, and promotes muscle balance and longevity.

Four Key Types of Sports Massage:

  • Pre-Event: A short, stimulating massage (15–45 min) targeting key muscle groups before competition.

  • Post-Event: Delivered within 1–2 hours after activity to aid recovery and restore balance.

  • Restorative: Performed during training to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.

  • Rehabilitative: Helps relieve pain and restore function following injury.
